Please Pray for my Grandmother, MeMe

My grandmother, MeMe has been in the hospital for about 2 weeks now. I just found this out today. She is not doing well, it is alot of things. My dad didn't specify what exactly. He said she is not expected to make it, they have already brought her back two times. My dad is heartbroken he is so close to his parents and I know this will be very hard on him. Please keep her in your prayers and our family as well.
