Its been awhile since I have updated! I have been so busy. Christmas is over and it was great but I am glad it is over!!! We just got back from Arkansas last night and it has been a crazy day today with all the kids I watch now. Hayden hasn't been feeling good and started running a fever this evening. I took him to Acute Kids after the kiddos left and he has a sinus infection. They put him on Omnicef so hopefully he will start feeling better soon!
The boys had a wonderful Christmas and have really enjoyed their gifts. I would update with pics but I left my camera in Arkansas so I am waiting for them to mail it to me!! Ugh.

We did have a great holiday with the families and I am very thankful for that! I will update more tomorrow, I am about to fall asleep typing. Good night!

Getting Ready for Christmas!

I am almost done....so many gifts to buy and not enough time in the day! I have gone overboard as usual but I love to see the boys faces Christmas morning!! This week we need to swing by and see Santa and get a pic of the boys with him. Not much time left.... Holidays are pretty crazy around here because Paul and I both have divorced parents and have to make the trips. After shopping, cleaning, cooking, wrapping, traveling...I am whipped!

We went to my dad's on Saturday and make Gingerbread houses, the kids had a great time. We have made ornaments with their pictures in them and tomorrow we will start on the Christmas cookies.

I have a busy day tomorrow with my new assistant and 8 kiddos! I better get into bed. Here are some pics to enjoy!

MDA Stride & Ride--help me raise money for a cure!

MDA Stride & Ride
January 31, 2009
Grapevine Mills Mall

I’ll be joining over 2,000 MDA families and friends for the 2009 MDA Stride and Ride. It’s more than a walk- it’s a reunion, an outpouring of support for families living with neuromuscular disease. Last year, we raised nearly $450,000 to fund life-saving research.
I’d like to share this experience with you by
· Inviting you to walk on my team “Trae’s Warriors”
· Asking for your support through a contribution

You may send your donation to me or donate online at https://www.joinmda.org/dfwstride2009/TurnerFam27

This is very personal to me and my family. My half brother passed away Jan. 1999 to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. My brother was my hero; I looked up to him and prayed every day that a cure would be found before the disease took his life. Please help us get a step closer to finding a cure, I pray now that in my lifetime we will see one. I know times are hard right now for everyone but please if you can donate even a dollar it means a lot and is going towards saving these children’s lives. Every little bit counts too! You can also join our team and raise money yourself and walk in memory of my brother. Together we can make a difference!

Trae’s Warriors-- Fighting for a Cure!
Happy Holidays,

Paul is in the hospital tonight and has been there most of the day. They will keep him overnight and run a stress echo in the morning sometime.
Please pray they find out what is going on with his heart! Thank you!

New pics of the boys!
