I am officially worn out! We have had practice Mon., Tues, Th, tonight and tomorrow. Not to mention school stuff, paperwork, a birthday party tonight and another one after the scrimmage tomorrow. I am so tired yet have so much to do around the house. I took Hayden and Kennedy out to run errands and I am so hot and sweating like crazy...gross!
Today is the last day of school for the week. It has been a good week. Austin is buying his lunch for the first time today. He and Trae insist on riding the bus to and from school. Its hard for me because I would love to pick them up. I just meet them at the bus stop and take them in the mornings to the stop. I of course wait until they are on the bus before I head home.
Hayden is officially off the bottle, he has been for about 2 weeks. He has one tooth still but is getting some more. He is running now and wears his shoes really well. He runs me ragged at the practices running back and forth from the field to the street. He eats all sorts of table food....he is a very good eater. That's about it for now!!

Austin is loving Kindergarten and has seemed to have made some friends. There are 3 boys from his football team that aren't in his class but he gets to see them on the playground. Austin is not a morning person but he jumps right out of bed to get in the shower and ready for school. Lets see how long this lasts!!!

Trae got a fat lip yesterday on the playground. It didn't bust but the blood accumulated in his lip. Now, let me begin by saying Trae really cares about his looks..... He didn't want to go to school today because he had to get up in front of the class and talk about himself today. I had to explain to him that boys get busted up, have scars, bruises, etc. He was ok and went.... Poor guy!

My garbage disposal is not working so I better go. I am going to try and fix it and if that doesn't work I will have to call a plumber or replace it myself!! Ugh.

Test Results

I talked to the doctor this morning. She was out of town and didn't have a chance to review the test results until today. She said Hayden's xray confirms that his sternum protrudes a little bit. His heart is not enlarged or anything and this could be a cause from premature fusion. He is great! Austin's test results came back ok too. We are still waiting on one but it seems everything else is fine. I do need to make his appt. today with the cardiologist though. I will let you all know the other results once they are in!

Can you tell Austin was nervous??? He was but he was sooo excited! He felt like such a big boy going to Trae's school and they both rode the bus this morning. I cried..... My little baby is growing up and I was sad to see him go. He told me he was going to miss me all day but he would be ok. He told me last night that he would go to school for 5 weeks and then stay home with me. He has no idea.....I cried..... They grow up so fast. I pray that he has an outstanding day today and meets some good friends. He is such a precious little angel and I want only the best for him.

Trae has everything down. He was ready and loves his teacher. He said she was really nice! He doesn't have a whole lot of his friends from last year in his class. He does get to see them at recess though. He said the girls were already chacing him at recess. He hates that!! As you can see from the picture below he is growing his hair out like Zac Efron from High School Musical. It has been hard for me to get used to but he likes it so I have to bite my tongue a little bit. A least it won't get longer than that picture!!!! Wheeewww!

Yesterday we went to Austin's football scrimmage. They still have alot of work....I am not too sure most of the kids know what they are doing out there. Austin did great though!! He is so focused and tries so hard! I am so proud of him!! I cannot believe he is starting Kindergarten, it will be a sad week next week for me. I went to the grocery store last night and prices have gone up again. My bill is about $50 more than usual. I am cutting coupons now and price matching with other stores. Anyway to save money!!!

Austin is eating so good and healthy! I am so proud of him. I should find out results on Monday for everything. I will also schedule an appt. with the cardiologist.

This afternoon Trae has football practice. I am sure it will be hot and muggy again today. I also need to get them each a pair of athletic shoes for PE. They have a couple pairs but they have outgrown their athletic shoes. After that I am going to finish cleaning the house and folding clothes. Pretty uneventful today!!!
